They can be used for training fitness exercises with the punching bag where not much power is applied, but not for muay thai, kick boxing or boxing training on a daily basis, in which case you can select another Everlast glove range such as the spark model or the pro style elite model. White design. Available in black colour.

Features: made of synthetic leather and light foam padding with basic impact absorption, so we recommend it for soft or functional training where not much power is exerted in the blows. Velcro fastening and thumb protection. Inner lining for easy cleaning and maintenance of the gloves.
Sizing : these Everlast white boxing gloves are not differentiated by ounces but by hand size. Available in sizes S/M and L/XL
Recommendations: Do not use for boxing training or contact sports. Use for functional maintenance exercises with bag, or as children's or youth boxing gloves.
Advice: Do not put in the washing machine. Do not leave indoors after training and air dry in a cool, dry place. Always use with boxing hand wraps.
