Conditions for exchanges or returns
In the event that you wish to return/exchange a product, you will have 15 days to contact us by email at internacional@clubdelalucha.es to inform us of your decision, indicating the following information:
- The order number.
- The name of the item you wish to return/exchange.
- The reason for the return/exchange (different size, colour, unsatisfactory product).
Our customer service will confirm the return/exchange authorisation of your item by email.
WWW.clubdelalucha.eu WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY NOTIFIED.
If the customer wishes to return one or more products, they may do so within 15 days of receipt of the order, provided that the products are intact, unopened, complete and in the original packaging of the order. The packaging must be intact, without any modifications or scratches.
Are returns/exchanges free of charge?
- In the event of an error on the part of Fight Club, the return/exchange costs are completely free of charge for you.
- In case of exchange or withdrawal by the customer, the return of the package to Club de la Lucha will be at your expense and the subsequent shipment to your address will be at the expense of Club de la Lucha.
- In the case of return for the amount, the shipping costs to Club de la Lucha will be borne by the customer. ALL RETURNS WILL BE CHECKED. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with the label and in its original packaging in perfect condition to be remarketed. In the case of receiving an exchange or return that does not meet these conditions Club de la lucha will not accept your return and the products will be returned to you after receiving a payment of 9,85 euros.
How long does it take to refund a return?
For credit card or Paypal payments, CLUB DE LA LUCHA guarantees that the amount paid will be credited within 1-2 working days once the return has been received and checked in our shop. The money will be credited directly to your bank account or Paypal account.
What to do if the item is damaged?
Upon receipt, if the item is damaged, refuse the package and imperatively make reservations to the driver who made the delivery. Then contact CLUB DE LA LUCHA as soon as possible by email. In this way, Club de la Lucha will process the claim as soon as possible.
How long does it take to exchange an order?
From receipt of the return package, you will receive the package with the exchanged product within 3-5 working days.
